Pair 1840’s Great Britain S# 2 – 2pence blue Victoria on Duke of Wellington cover?? Included are some illustrations from vintage books. Not sure of authenticity. Stamps look right but I do not collect British stamps. The cover is only the top not complete envelope. Look at pictures and judge for yourself.
