Vintage Royal Stamps Great Britain. These booklets were presented to the delegates attending the 1989 Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress held in Washington DC. The booklet shows wear and a few pages are stained (please see photos). The stamps themselves look like new. These beautiful stamps would make a great addition to your collection.
