On the 3rd page is the USED black penny stamp in black mount – this is the Certificate of Authenticity page. Signed by Donald Sundman, President of Mystic Stamp Co. This is an imperforate stamp with decent margins and has letters B&C on bottom, black cancel. On the back of this page, previous owner mounted two red stamps (but these seem damaged).
